Proposed Renovations
to Salem Elementary Schools

The school district has developed a facilities master plan that proposes renovations to all district schools. The first phase calls for renovations to Barron, Lancaster, and North Salem Schools.

Barron School Talent Show

The Barron School Talent Show will be held on
Wednesday February 17, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
in the Salem High School auditorium
.

Tryouts will be held on Tuesday February 9th
immediately after school.

Rehearsal at Barron School will be held on
Tuesday February 16th from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Food Pantry Collections

2nd Grade

January 5th to February 26th

Barron School parents have been always been generous
in giving to those who need a helping hand.

Once again we are asking you for your assistance. 
Each month during the remainder of the year we will be collecting items
listed below to donate to a local food pantry. 

Each grade level will be responsible for collecting
these items during the days listed below:

2nd grade: January 5th to February 26th

1st grade & kindergarten: March 8th to April 23rd

Containers will be provided to collect any of the needed items
that you have interested in donating.  The containers will be organized by our Student Council and then brought to the food pantry for distribution:

Toothpaste    Toothbrush  Shampoo  Conditioner 
Soap     Body Wash   Deodorant  Hand Cream
